Oysters With Caramelised Ham

- 200g sliced ham off the bone shopping list
- 2 tbsp mango chutney shopping list
- 1 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 18 oysters in shell shopping list
- 2 tbsp Worchestershire sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Thinly shred ham. combine chutney and oil in a bowl, add ham and toss until coated. Heat a heavy based pan over med heat, add ham and cook for 5 min. until crisp and lightly golden.. Arrange oysters on a platter, sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce and top with spoonful of the ham and mango
