Ingredients

1/2 ounce banana liqueur

1/2 ounce coconut rum

2 ounces half-and-half

1/2 cup fresh strawberries or frozen strawberries

2 scoops ice cubes

whipped cream

grenadine

1 fresh whole strawberry

Directions

Combine liqueur, rum, half-and-half, strawberries, and ice cubes in blender and blend well.

Top with a dollop of whipped cream, drizzle with grenadine, and garnish with a fresh strawberry.

WOW!! this looks just like the one that I asked for on my last cruise! (it was several years ago, but I remember I kind of had to walk the bartender thru it when I said I wanted to add strawberries to my pina colada..but thankfully, he was up to the task! After seeing mine, LOTS of folks started asking him to make "whatever it is that she's having"!)
