BAKED SALMON WITH DILL GARLIC BEURRE BLANC

- 2 pounds fresh salmon fillets shopping list
- 1/2 cup white wine shopping list
- 8 tablespoons cold butter cut into 16 pieces shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dill weed shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Bake salmon for 15 minutes.
- Place wine, dill and garlic in small saucepan.
- Reduce on high heat until almost dry.
- Remove from heat and quickly add all the butter while whisking briskly.
- When all the butter has been incorporated allow to rest 10 minutes.
- Spoon over the hot salmon.
