Ingredients
  • 2 pounds fresh salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 8 tablespoons cold butter cut into 16 pieces
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Bake salmon for 15 minutes.
  3. Place wine, dill and garlic in small saucepan.
  4. Reduce on high heat until almost dry.
  5. Remove from heat and quickly add all the butter while whisking briskly.
  6. When all the butter has been incorporated allow to rest 10 minutes.
  7. Spoon over the hot salmon.
