This makes a good cold weather sandwich served wtih soup. I like to add tomato as well. I also prefer un-breaded chicken breasts grilled.

Ingredients
  • 4 frozen breaded chicken patties
  • 4 onion or sesame seed rolls, split
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise, dijon spread
  • 4 slices monterey jack cheese
  • 1 avocado, peeled and sliced

Directions
  1. Bake chicken patties according to package directions.
  2. (or grill 4 chicken breasts)
  3. Meanwhile, toast onion rolls in toaster oven.
  4. When chicken patties are done and rolls are toasted, assemble sandwiches using 1 tablespoon dijon spread, 1 slice cheese, and 2 avocado slices per sandwich.

Yum!!! that loooks great!!! heah if you have a wholefoods around there, try their coconut chicken tenders they are natural. no chemicals or gluten added. I am sure you can make this with those! their a little expensive but they are sooo worth it!!! Anyhow, this looks great! Bookmarked! =-0)

Hi sounds yummy what cheese can I use instead of monterey jack Im from New Zealand its not available here


There was once a Canadian Chicken place in Ft. Lauderdale Florida that used to make their chicken like this. It was great. Now I can share it with my family. Thank you! 5!
