I make this cookie almost every year for Christmas. This is a very rich cookie, I think!

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup chopped dates
- 3 cups Rice Krispies®
- 1/2 cup nuts
- coconut
Directions
- Melt butter in heavy skillet. Combine eggs, sugar and dates. Pour into skillet and stir constantly for 4-5 minutes over medium heat or until it will form a ball. Add Rice Krispies and nuts. Cool for a few minutes. Shape into approximately 1-inch balls, then roll in coconut.
