Okay in a pinch I just threw this together, just now, it's in the oven...

Ingredients
  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 tall can pinto beans, drained
  • 1/2 medium onion, minced
  • ketchup, approx. 3 T
  • garlic powder
  • salt
  • cumin
  • cilantro
  • tater tots to cover top

Directions
  1. brown hamburger and onions in frying pan, seasoning with dry ingredients to taste.
  2. mix in beans, squirt with ketchup to taste, cook until almost warmed through.
  3. put in baking dish.
  4. cover with tater tots.
  5. bake according to tater to directions.
  6. enjoy!
