Caraway-rye mixed Nuts and Cheese Bread

I love breads, this recipe is taught by my friend's mom
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups of water room shopping list
- 1 tbs butter or , softened shopping list
- 1/2 cup mix chopped nuts shopping list
- 1/2 cup of chopped cheddar cheese shopping list
- 2-1/2 cups flour shopping list
- 3/4 cups rye flour shopping list
- 2 tbs sugar shopping list
- 2 tbs milk powder shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp caraway seed shopping list
- 2 tbs yeast shopping list
- 1 tbs of water mixed with 1 tbs of water shopping list
How to make it
- In a huge bowl combine all ingredients except sugar and water mixture,knead,
- let it rise until it double in size, punch down, knead for another 5 minutes, let it rise again
- when it's double in size again, punch down, shape it into a round bread, brush with sugar and water mixture
- let it rise again bake in 375°F, for 40 mins
- carefully remove bread pan from oven. Cool bread on wire rack
