Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups of water room
- 1 tbs butter or , softened
- 1/2 cup mix chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup of chopped cheddar cheese
- 2-1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 cups rye flour
- 2 tbs sugar
- 2 tbs milk powder
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp caraway seed
- 2 tbs yeast
- 1 tbs of water mixed with 1 tbs of water
Directions
- In a huge bowl combine all ingredients except sugar and water mixture,knead,
- let it rise until it double in size, punch down, knead for another 5 minutes, let it rise again
- when it's double in size again, punch down, shape it into a round bread, brush with sugar and water mixture
- let it rise again bake in 375°F, for 40 mins
- carefully remove bread pan from oven. Cool bread on wire rack
