Marinated Wild Salmon

- 4 salmon fillets, salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 Tbl onion powder shopping list
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes shopping list
- ¼ C olive oil shopping list
- ¼ C lemon juice shopping list
- 4 garlic cloves, minced shopping list
- 3 Tbl white balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 2 Tbl white sugar shopping list
- 2 Tbl chopped green onions shopping list
- 2 Tbl chopped cilantro (or parsley) shopping list
How to make it
- Season salmon with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes, place in freezer bag
- In medium bowl mix other ingredients. Add marinade to salmon in bag and refrigerate, turning overnight, or for at least 6 hours
- Preheat oven to 450
- Arrange salmon on baking sheet, place in preheated oven and bake 7-8 minutes, increase heat to 500 degrees and broil for about 5 more minutes
- If baking only use a 400 oven for about 20-25 minutes
