A perfect accompaniment to a steak that's done to perfection. Make a ahead, form a roll with the butter, freeze and slice into pats as needed.
Ingredients
- 1/2 C butter, softened shopping list
- 2 T finely chopped green onion shopping list
- 1/4 t tarragon leaves, dried shopping list
How to make it
- Soften butter, blend all ingredients with a hand mixer
- Form a roll with the butter, wrap and freeze.
- Slice and use as needed.
