No Roll Pie Crust Recipe
This pie crust is a favorite and our family and so easy to do. It is a great alternative for any cream or custard pie. It is so good and so flaky. My Mom makes this everytime she does a pie.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cups oil
  • 1 T milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 T sugar

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Place flour, salt and sugar into your pie pan. If you mix this right in the pie pan it makes for easier cleanup.
  3. Make a little well in your dry ingredients. Put oil and milk into the well.
  4. Stir until moist with fork.
  5. Pat into bottom and sides of pan with your hands.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. This crust will "always" be flakey.
  8. Add your filling to cooled crust.
