How to make it

  • Melt sugar in 1/4 cup of water, bring to a boil until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Allow to cool. Add the lime juice,rum and zest. Chill.
  • Pour over melon balls. Stir and chill for at least 30 minutes
  • Garnish wth mint leaves..
