- Meat of 1lb. lobster shopping list
- 2T butter shopping list
- 2T flour shopping list
- 11/2 c cream or half&half shopping list
- 2t. English mustard shopping list
- 1/2c cooked mushrooms shopping list
- grated parmesan shopping list
- few grains of cayenne pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Chop lobster meat in small pieces,set aside Melt butter,blen in flour and gradually add cream or half&half,stirring till it reaches the boiling point. Boil 2 minutes,add mustard,1/4 salt and a few grains of cayenne,add lobster meat and mushrooms to the sauce and mix well. Put into augratin dish,sprinkle with parmesan and place under the broiler to brown.
- Maybe too much for 2 people but too little for 4. I always make home-made french fries with this and peas.
