Eggnog Custard Pie Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, beat sugar & eggs at medium speed with an electric mixer til well combined.
  • Add evaporated milk, water, rum & salt.
  • Beat at low speed til combined.
  • Pour mixture into crust.
  • Sprinkle top of pie with nutmeg & cinnamon.
  • Place pie onto a rimmed baking sheet with a depth of 1/2 inch.
  • Pour hot water to baking sheet.
  • Bake for about 55-60 mins or til wooden stick inserted near center comes out clean.
  • Cut into desired size and garnish with whipped topping.
