Ingredients
  • 1-9" graham pie crust
  • 3/4 c splenda
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 (12oz) can evaporated milk
  • 3/4 c water
  • 1/4 c light rum
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Lite Whipped Topping for garnish

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, beat sugar & eggs at medium speed with an electric mixer til well combined.
  3. Add evaporated milk, water, rum & salt.
  4. Beat at low speed til combined.
  5. Pour mixture into crust.
  6. Sprinkle top of pie with nutmeg & cinnamon.
  7. Place pie onto a rimmed baking sheet with a depth of 1/2 inch.
  8. Pour hot water to baking sheet.
  9. Bake for about 55-60 mins or til wooden stick inserted near center comes out clean.
  10. Cut into desired size and garnish with whipped topping.
