No Sugar Pecan Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 Eggs
  • 5 tsp splenda
  • 1/3 c butter, melted
  • 1 c sugar free breakfast syrup
  • 1 c pecan halves
  • 9" pie crust

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix the eggs with splenda.
  3. Stir in syrup and the melted butter.
  4. Stir in the pecan halves.
  5. Line a 9" pie pan with the pie dough.
  6. Pour pecan pie filling mixture.
  7. Bake for 25 mins with edges covered with foil.
  8. Remove foil from the edges and bake for another 25 mins or til you can insert a knife and come out clean.
  9. Cool & cut into 8 pieces to serve.
  10. Garnish with Lite Whipped topping.
