How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375ºF
  • Pour flour into a small shallow dish. In another small shallow dish or saucer, beat eggs with water. In a large bowl, combine cracker crumbs, Parmesan, sesame seeds, parsley, seasoned pepper and seasoned salt.
  • Pour melted butter into a 13"x9" baking pan. Roll chicken pieces in flour, then in egg mixture; then roll in crumb mixture. Arrange coated chicken in a single layer in butter in baking pan. Bake in preheated oven 45 minutes.
  • Arrange hot wings on platter and serve immediately, or, drain on paper towels; cool slightly. Cover; refrigerate until chilled. Serve cold.

    I'm keeping this one, too, Nlo. Haven't made them with Ritz crackers before and this looks really good.
