Sesame Ritz Chicken Wings

- 4 lbs. chicken wings, cut in half and tips discarded shopping list
- 2/3 cups all purpose flour shopping list
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten shopping list
- 2 tbsp. water shopping list
- 1 1/3 cups finely crushed Original Ritz crackers shopping list
- 1 1/3 cups grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 1/3 cups sesame seeds, toasted shopping list
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley shopping list
- 1 tsp. seasoned pepper shopping list
- 2 tsp. seasoned salt shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter, melted shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375ºF
- Pour flour into a small shallow dish. In another small shallow dish or saucer, beat eggs with water. In a large bowl, combine cracker crumbs, Parmesan, sesame seeds, parsley, seasoned pepper and seasoned salt.
- Pour melted butter into a 13"x9" baking pan. Roll chicken pieces in flour, then in egg mixture; then roll in crumb mixture. Arrange coated chicken in a single layer in butter in baking pan. Bake in preheated oven 45 minutes.
- Arrange hot wings on platter and serve immediately, or, drain on paper towels; cool slightly. Cover; refrigerate until chilled. Serve cold.
