Pan Fried Tilipia

- Tilipia for 2 / 4oz. pieces shopping list
- 1 cup flour self-risen shopping list
- 3 tbsp slap your moma seasoning shopping list
- 1 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1 lemon shopping list
- 1 med onions shopping list
- 2 cups of water shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- Penne' pasta. shopping list
- boil as directed. shopping list
- baby spinach shopping list
- clean to prepare to cook before fish. shopping list
- One med size no- non stick skillet shopping list
How to make it
- Put Olive Oil into skillet
- set on stove top.
- In a bowl 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of water, slap yo moma , garlic powder
- mix all together making a batter.
- if to thick add water you need for it to be on the thin side.
- let set in frig for 20 minutes.
- In the skillet put Olive Oil into it. heat at a med .
- add Spinach and saute'
- slice lemon and use 1/4
- squeeze into the spinach while you are saute'ing..
- add very little seasoning ( slap yo moma)
- remove from heat divide into 2 serving plates
- then take out.......place fish into mixture.
- take fish and place in a zip lock with the other 1 to 2 cups of
- flour and seasoning.
- shake flour off and place into skillet with hot Olive oil to pan fry.
- fry fish 7 minutes each side. 1/4 of Lemon squeezing on to fish do this on both sides.....after fish is golden light brown
- Set aside
- Then drain and put Penne' Pasta into skillet saute'
- after 10 minutes or so take out place ontop of Spinach
- then place fish.
- Serve with sald and a roll........
