Pan Fried Tilipia Recipe
This meal can hold it's on with out any thing else with it but if you want you can add some type of bread or salad.

Ingredients
  • Tilipia for 2 / 4oz. pieces
  • 1 cup Flour self-risen
  • 3 tbsp slap your moma seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 med onions
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • Penne' Pasta.
  • boil as directed.
  • Baby Spinach
  • clean to prepare to cook before fish.
  • One med size no- non stick skillet

Directions
  1. Put Olive Oil into skillet
  2. set on stove top.
  3. In a bowl 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of water, slap yo moma , garlic powder
  4. mix all together making a batter.
  5. if to thick add water you need for it to be on the thin side.
  6. let set in frig for 20 minutes.
  7. In the skillet put Olive Oil into it. heat at a med .
  8. add Spinach and saute'
  9. slice lemon and use 1/4
  10. squeeze into the spinach while you are saute'ing..
  11. add very little seasoning ( slap yo moma)
  12. remove from heat divide into 2 serving plates
  13. then take out.......place fish into mixture.
  14. take fish and place in a zip lock with the other 1 to 2 cups of
  15. flour and seasoning.
  16. shake flour off and place into skillet with hot Olive oil to pan fry.
  17. fry fish 7 minutes each side. 1/4 of Lemon squeezing on to fish do this on both sides.....after fish is golden light brown
  18. Set aside
  19. Then drain and put Penne' Pasta into skillet saute'
  20. after 10 minutes or so take out place ontop of Spinach
  21. then place fish.
  22. Serve with sald and a roll........
