Salmon Patties with Sour Cream-Dill Sauce

- sour cream-Dill Sauce (see below) shopping list
- 1 large egg shopping list
- 2 tablespoons milk shopping list
- 1 can (143/4 ounces) red or pink salmon, drained, skin and bones removed and salmon flaked shopping list
- 2 medium green onions, chopped shopping list
- 1 cup soft bread crumbs (about 1 1/2 slices bread) shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil shopping list
- sour cream-DILL SAUCE- shopping list
- 1/3 cup sour cream shopping list
- 3 tablespoons mayonaise shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon dried dill weed shopping list
- mix ingredients shopping list
How to make it
- Make sour cream-dill sauce; refrigerate
- Beat egg and milk. Stir in remaining ingredients except oil. Shape mixture into 4 patties
- Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Cook patties in oil about 8 minutes, turning over once until golden brown.
- Serve with sauce.
