Salmon Patties with Sour Cream-Dill Sauce

A super easy dish that can easily be made for an appetizer as well. Just make 8 small patties instead of 4 large ones.

sour cream-Dill Sauce (see below) shopping list
1 large egg shopping list
2 tablespoons milk shopping list
1 can (143/4 ounces) red or pink salmon, drained, skin and bones removed and salmon flaked shopping list
2 medium green onions, chopped shopping list
1 cup soft bread crumbs (about 1 1/2 slices bread) shopping list
1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
1 tablespoon vegetable oil shopping list
sour cream-DILL SAUCE- shopping list
1/3 cup sour cream shopping list
3 tablespoons mayonaise shopping list
3/4 teaspoon dried dill weed shopping list
mix ingredients shopping list

Make sour cream-dill sauce; refrigerate
Beat egg and milk. Stir in remaining ingredients except oil. Shape mixture into 4 patties
Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Cook patties in oil about 8 minutes, turning over once until golden brown.
Serve with sauce.
