Salmon Patties With Sour Cream-Dill Sauce Recipe
A super easy dish that can easily be made for an appetizer as well. Just make 8 small patties instead of 4 large ones.

Ingredients
  • Sour Cream-Dill Sauce (see below)
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 can (143/4 ounces) red or pink salmon, drained, skin and bones removed and salmon flaked
  • 2 medium green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup soft bread crumbs (about 1 1/2 slices bread)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • SOUR CREAM-DILL SAUCE-
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons mayonaise
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • mix ingredients

Directions
  1. Make sour cream-dill sauce; refrigerate
  2. Beat egg and milk. Stir in remaining ingredients except oil. Shape mixture into 4 patties
  3. Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Cook patties in oil about 8 minutes, turning over once until golden brown.
  4. Serve with sauce.
