Fried Yucca and Mojo

We eat these every now and then, great for snacks! simple, and delicious! If you like potatoes, you will love these! Not like they are anything like them, once you eat one, you cant put them down!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Goya olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup Goya cider vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 cup coriander chopped shopping list
- 1 bay leaf shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- Goya Yucca; 1 – 24 oz package shopping list
- Goya vegetable oil – to fry shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Fry yucca according to the instructions in the package.
- 2. Mix all the other ingredients - blend into a dressing.
