Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

- 1 1/2 C sugar shopping list
- 1/4 C flour shopping list
- 3/4 tsp nutmeg shopping list
- 3 eggs, beaten lightly shopping list
- 2 C strawberries, halved shopping list
- 2 C rhubarb, fresh or frozen, sliced shopping list
- 1 9" pis shell, unbaked shopping list
- 1/2 C flour shopping list
- 1/4 C sugar shopping list
- 1/3 C butter, softened shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400
- Stir together 1st 4 ingredients
- Carefully add strawberries & rhubarb
- Put mixture in pieshell
- Stir together flour, sugar and cut in butter until mix is crumbly
- Sprinkle over top of pie
- Wrap the edge of the pie shell with aluminum fiol
- Bake on center oven rack for 30 minutes
- Remove foil and bake an additional 25 minutes
- Let rest 60 minutes before serving

I expected some cream or something.. I have used cream cheese on the bottom of my crust before adding the filling and it is fantastic also...
