Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons Philadelphia Neufchatel cheese
  • 1 tablespoon strawberry preserves
  • 2 individual sponge cake shells
  • 3/4 cup sliced strawberries, about 8 medium
  • 2 tablespoons thawed cool whip lite whipped topping

Directions
  1. COMBINE Neufchatel cheese and preserves; spoon evenly over cake shells.
  2. Top with strawberries.
  3. TOP with the whipped topping.
