Ingredients
  • 2 Pieces Filet Mignon
  • 4 tbs. Dijon Mustard
  • 3 tbs. Horse Radish
  • 4 Garlic Cloves Grated
  • 4 tbs. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tbs. Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions
  1. Salt and Pepper upside of the Filet Mignon
  2. In a bowl mix all the ingredients including more salt and pepper (more salt)
  3. Mix the mixture together it should be like a brown pates
  4. Spread the past on all outsides of the filet
  5. make sure you leave enough to add to the bottom later
  6. Use a fork and puncture holes through out the top of the filet
  7. With a butter knife re-spread the past over the fillet
  8. Let sit for 15 min.
  9. Add to hot grill marinaded side down
  10. with the left over paste spread over the rest of the filet
  11. Flip Fillet in 8-10 min.
  12. Cook until your desired temperature
