Delicious quick dessert that is so simple to make. This mousse is also great for pie fillings or to use in a cake as well.

Ingredients
  • 1 -8oz package of softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup cold milk
  • 1 cup of strong brewed coffee
  • 1 3.4 oz package of Jello Instant Vanilla Pudding
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 8oz carton of Cool Whip, thawed and divided

Directions
  1. In a large mixing bowl beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Slowly add milk, blend through then add in coffee.
  3. Add pudding mix and cinnamon and beat for about 2 minutes.
  4. Place in fridge for 5 minutes or until set.
  5. Fold in 2 cups of Cool Whip.
  6. Spoon into 6 pudding dishes and refrigerate until completely set.
  7. Garnish the remainder of the Cool Whip.
  8. Sprinkle on cinnamon atop if you wish.
