Creamy Cappuccino Mousse

- 1 -8oz package of softened cream cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup cold milk shopping list
- 1 cup of strong brewed coffee shopping list
- 1 3.4 oz package of Jello instant vanilla pudding shopping list
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1 8oz carton of Cool Whip, thawed and divided shopping list
How to make it
- In a large mixing bowl beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Slowly add milk, blend through then add in coffee.
- Add pudding mix and cinnamon and beat for about 2 minutes.
- Place in fridge for 5 minutes or until set.
- Fold in 2 cups of Cool Whip.
- Spoon into 6 pudding dishes and refrigerate until completely set.
- Garnish the remainder of the Cool Whip.
- Sprinkle on cinnamon atop if you wish.
