How to make it

  • -Put all ingredients in a blender, except the olive oil and the mozzarilla .
  • -Mix together adding the olive oil slowly till you have a light
  • sauce
  • -Add the mozzarilla and blend it with the mixture.
  • -Serve it over frsh tomatoes and mozzarilla cheese cut into slices or over any green salad.
  • It is nice over boiled artichoke hearts.
