How to make it

  • Cook rice to package directions.
  • Stir in milk, sugar and cinnamon stick.
  • Bring to boil then simmer uncovered for approx. 25 minutes or until thick and creamy, stirring occasionally.
  • Discard cinnamon stick.
  • Cool.
  • Stir in vanilla.
  • Fold in whipped cream.
  • Serve or refrigerate.
