How to make it
- Cook rice to package directions.
- Stir in milk, sugar and cinnamon stick.
- Bring to boil then simmer uncovered for approx. 25 minutes or until thick and creamy, stirring occasionally.
- Discard cinnamon stick.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Fold in whipped cream.
- Serve or refrigerate.
