Ingredients

7 or 8 flat chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 to 3/4 inch strips (or wider if you desire)

2 cups fine Italian bread crumbs

1 cup grated Paremesan cheese

1 1/2 teaspoon salt

1 Tablespoon thyme

1 Tablespoon basil

1 cup melted butter

Directions

Melt butter.

Dip chicken strips into melted butter and coat with crumb mixture.

Place on baking sheet in singe layer.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes depending on width.
