  • 1. Put the chopped banana in a large bowl, and lemon juice and fine sugar. Mash and mix well.
  • 2. Stir the orange rind and ground almonds, mixing well to blend evenly. Refrigerate mixture and chill for approximately 30 mins.
  • 3. Mix chopped almond and cocoa powder on a flat plate.
  • 4. Divide mixture int 12 portion equally into a small ball.
  • 5. Roll each ball into the cocoa and almond mixture, press it gently so it will sit well in the paper cup.
