Delicious! The zucchini and red pepper are perfect pairings, and with the bacon it for makes for an awesome meal! I baked this in a 7x11" pan at 350f for approx. 25 minutes. I went easy on the cayenne pepper and left out the parsley, but did add a few flakes of dried oregano and basil. The whole family loved it and we will for sure make this again!
