How to make it

  • Melt butter in a skillet and sauté onion, celery, parsley and mushrooms.
  • Pour over bread cubes in a very large mixing bowl.
  • Add all seasonings and toss well.
  • Pour in enough broth to moisten.
  • Add eggs and mix well.
  • Pack lightly into crock pot then cover and set to high for 45 minutes.
  • Reduce heat to low and cook 6 hours.

    Oh this sounds really good. I just saw another one and I think this might be a bit better, although I'm not big on mushrooms in my dressing. Well anyway, can't wait for a good time to try it out. Thanks for sharing.
