My favorite way of cooking ribs! Hope you would like this.

Ingredients
- 1 slab of pork ribs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 3 tsp honey dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 small onion finely minced
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup citrus juice ( i used our native calamansi for this recipe. lime or lemon would do or even plain vinegar)
- hot sauce (put as much as you would like)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients to make your marinade.
- In a zip lock bag, place the ribs and pour over the marinade.
- Close the bag and just massage the marinade on to the ribs.
- Put on top of a container and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight.
- Grill for about 15-20 minutes or until meat is done. Baste with some of the marinade mixed with about a tbsp of cooking oil for a glossy finish.
