Goat Cheese Cheesecake

- 1-1/2 cups breadcrumbs shopping list
- 1/2 cup melted butter shopping list
- 3 tablespoons grated romano cheese shopping list
- 1 clove garlic minced shopping list
- 28 ounces cream cheese at room temperature shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1/3 cup half and half shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 cup goat cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes coarsely chopped shopping list
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil shopping list
- 1 clove garlic minced shopping list
How to make it
- Combine breadcrumbs, butter, cheese and garlic and pat into bottom of spring form pan.
- Refrigerate.
- With food processor or electric mixer blend cream cheese.
- Add eggs one at a time blending well at each addition.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well then pour into chilled crust.
- Place pan on cookie sheet and bake in preheated 325 oven for 1 hour.
- Turn off oven and let cool with door closed for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven then cool completely and refrigerate.
