French Onion Chicken Recipe Lil_coop / All my dishes

This is a simple chicken dish that we just love. I make this about twice a month and there's hardly ever any leftovers. Hope you enjoy! Serve with whipped potatoes or rice.... whichever one you want :)

Ingredients
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 pkg of french onion soup
  • 1/2 C italien dressing
  • 1/4 t oregano
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 can (4 oz) mushroom

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Spray 9"X13" pan with PAM
  3. Place chicken in pan
  4. In a small bowl, combine onion soup, dressing and oregano; mix well
  5. Pour sauce mixture over chicken
  6. Put in pan in oven and bake for 40 minutes
  7. After 40 minutes, remove from oven and place tomatoes and mushroom onto chicken and bake for another 20 minutes
  8. Enjoy!
