This is an incredible recipe. A dessert that will blow your guests away. So many great flavors going on here. Serve with pride and I promise you WILL NOT have any leftovers

Ingredients
  • 8 pieces lasagna uncooked
  • 2 cans apple pie filling
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 6 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 6 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar

Directions
  1. Prepare lasagna according to package directions then drain well.
  2. Spread one can apple pie filling in a greased rectangular pan slicing any extra thick apples.
  3. Layer four pieces of lasagna over apples.
  4. Mix together cheese, eggs, extract and sugar then spread evenly over lasagna.
  5. Top with remaining four pieces of lasagna.
  6. In small bowl combine flour, cinnamon, butter, brown sugar, oats and nutmeg until crumbly.
  7. Sprinkle over apple filling then bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
  8. Let stand 15 minutes then cut into serving pieces.
  9. Combine sour cream and brown sugar then dollop over top of lasagna when serving.

I have a similar recipe, but it's a kugel rather than a lasagna. This does sound yummy!
