Cocktail Weiner Fingerfood Recipe
This is my version of Cocktail Weiner appetizer.

Ingredients
  • 3 small packages of Beef Cocktail Sausages.
  • 1 pkg brown gravy
  • 1 pint of homeade(if you have it) Strawberry Jam
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1 1/4 c. water ( may later add more if too thick)

Directions
  1. Mix brown gravy, water, jam, ketchup, slowly bring to a boil so as not to burn. Add the Cocktail weiners (sausage). Simmer for 45-60 min. Put in a crockpot to keep hot if a long party or just put in a casserole dish and serve with toothpicks. They don't last long!

Hmm...strawberry jam? I haven't ever seen one with strawberry before. I personally use apple or grape, but strawberry would probably be really good. :)


Strawberry is different for me also.Will have to give it a go,love smokie links,and this should go over big,Thanks for sharing....Bob
