Not so much as salad as a jello dish. The flavors are great. My family has this at every gathering.

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. Raspberry Jello
  • 1 pkg. Cherry Jello
  • 1 Large Pkg. Cream Cheese
  • 1 Can Bing Cherries (sliced or chopped)
  • 2 Cokes (12 oz)
  • 1 Small Can Crushed Pineapple (drained)
  • 1 Cup Chopped Nuts (usually pecan)
  • 1 1/2 cup liquid besides the coke (use pineapple and cherry juice)

Directions
  1. Place 2 pkgs Jello in saucepan with 1 1/2 cup liquid.
  2. Heat until Jello dissolves
  3. Allow to cool
  4. Add cherries, cream cheese, nuts, pineapple and Coke
  5. Pour into casserole dish
  6. Allow to congeal
  7. Serve cold
