We love tacos, so this is a great heatlhy difference.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 pound ground turkey
  • 16 ounces canned black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 package of taco seasoning
  • 2/3 cup water
  • -
  • shredded lettuse
  • salsa
  • cheese
  • sour cream, optional
  • fresh diced tomatoes, optional
  • black olives, optional

Directions
  1. Put olive oil and ground turkey in skillet cook over medium heat, until browned, about 2 or 3 minutes.
  2. Add black beans, taco seasoning, and water.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Serve with shredded lettuse, salsa, and cheese. And any other optional toppings that your family may enjoy.
