How to make it

  • Put olive oil and ground turkey in skillet cook over medium heat, until browned, about 2 or 3 minutes.
  • Add black beans, taco seasoning, and water.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Serve with shredded lettuse, salsa, and cheese. And any other optional toppings that your family may enjoy.
