40 Garlic Chicken Recipe

Garlic Lovers Only!!! This chicken melts in your mouth!

Ingredients
- 4 med. sized Garilc Bulbs
- 4 minced garilc cloves
- 8 boneless skinless Chicken breast.
- 1/4 C olive oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste.
- Butter
Directions
- Clean and brown chicken in large pan.
- In a seperate casorole dish grease pan with butter and Olive oil.
- Place whole bulbs in corners of dish.
- Lay chicken in dish, spread minced garlic over chicken.
- Salt and Pepper to taste.
- Place in oven at 425 for about 25 min. or until chicken is thouroghly cooked. Bulbs of garlic should be blackened.
