Ingredients
  • 1 oz bakers unsweetened chocolate (if desired)
  • 1 bag (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 bag mint chips
  • 1 1/2 tsp. shortening
  • Salted pretzils (I just used the little ones)

Directions
  1. Put a pan inside a pan of water (double boiler).
  2. Melt on medium heat, unsweetened chocolate, semisweet chocolate chips and 1 tsp. shortening in the pan that does not have water in it.
  3. Place pretzils into melty goodness, remove with tongs and place about 1/2 inch apart on aluminum foil or a cookie sheet.
  4. Place coated pretzils in the refrig. for about 20 minutes until coating is hard.
  5. Meanwhile, melt mint chips and 1/2 tsp. shortening in another double boiler as above.
  6. Remove pretzils from fridge and drizzle mint over top of them.
  7. Place back in fridge to cool.
  8. Remove from foil. Walla!
