Easy Chocolate Mint Covered Pretzils

- 1 oz bakers unsweetened chocolate (if desired) shopping list
- 1 bag (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips shopping list
- 1/2 bag mint chips shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. shortening shopping list
- salted pretzils (I just used the little ones) shopping list
How to make it
- Put a pan inside a pan of water (double boiler).
- Melt on medium heat, unsweetened chocolate, semisweet chocolate chips and 1 tsp. shortening in the pan that does not have water in it.
- Place pretzils into melty goodness, remove with tongs and place about 1/2 inch apart on aluminum foil or a cookie sheet.
- Place coated pretzils in the refrig. for about 20 minutes until coating is hard.
- Meanwhile, melt mint chips and 1/2 tsp. shortening in another double boiler as above.
- Remove pretzils from fridge and drizzle mint over top of them.
- Place back in fridge to cool.
- Remove from foil. Walla!
