Ingredients

2 pounds bulk sausage

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup minced onions

1 1/2 cup crushed crackers

1 cup finely chopped apples

2 slightly beaten eggs

Directions

Mix ingredients and shape into a ring. Place on a jellyroll pan and bake at 350 degrees for hour hour. Turn onto paper towels. Can be frozen before baking.
