Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Using a hand mixer, beat eggs, honey, vanilla and baking soda. Next, add banana. Last, add the peanut butter.
  • (Please note, I tried mixing them in my blender and burned out the motor - the honey and/or nut butter was too thick, I resorted to a hand mixer).
  • Pour into a greased 8 inch pan.
  • Smooth the top.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly browned.

Nope, but they still come out with a cake-like consistency from the baking soda. It's bizarre? I would've provided a photo, but they were gone before I thought about it. I'll upload a photo from pecan's site.
