How to make it

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a small saucepan.
  • Place over medium heat, Bring to a boil, stirring. Boil 1/2 minute.
  • Remove from heat. Cool.
  • Turn into serving jar or container. Cover and refrigerate overnight to blend flavors.
  • ----------VARIATIONS----------
  • To make a tasty peach ketchup, substitute peach preserves or peach chutney for the plum preserves.
  • To make a mango ketchup, use mango chutney in place of the plum preserves. Puree in blender or food processor.
