How to make it

  • Rub the pork with garlic,salt and pepper. In a deep skillet or heavy saucepan, brown the pork on all sides. Pour off all but 2Tbs of the fat. Mix together the honey,soy sauce,brothand sherry;bring to a boil and pour over the pork. Cover and cook over low heat 11/2 hours or until tender. Baste and turn the meat frquently. Remove the meat. Cook the spinach in the gravy 2 mins. Heap the spinach in the center of a serving dish. Slice the pork thin and arrange over the spinach.
