Ingredients
  • 9 oz. Butter
  • 2 oz.Golden Syru6 oz. Brown Sugar
  • 12 oz. Oats
  • 3 oz. Dessicated Coconut

Directions
  1. 1) Melt the Butter and Syrup together in a pan on a low heat
  2. 2) Sir in the Brown Sugar, Oats and Coconut.
  3. 3) Mix well and pour into a previously greased shallow Baking Tin, spreading the mixture evenly
  4. 4) Cook at Gas No 4 for 20 minutes When you take from the oven, mark out into squares whilst still warm. Leave to cool before easing from the pan..
