Grilled Stuffed Figs Recipe

Ingredients

4 figs (or more)

fromage frais from goats milk

(a very lovely goat cheese with the texture of a 'fluffy' cream cheese)

fresh greenn pepper corns

honey

Directions

cut figs crosswise (top)

enlarge opening carefully

fill with 1-2 teaspoons fromage frais

press some fresh green pepper corns into cheese

add a dollop of honey

put under grill until hot

serve

This sounds real good. We buy figs at a little Med store near our apartment and this time put the ones I didn't eat outright in the freezer.
