Chocolate Kahlua Cake

- Spray for misting pan shopping list
- flour for dusting pan shopping list
- 1 pkg plain devil's food cake mix shopping list
- 1 pkg chocolate instant pudding shopping list
- 3/4 cup Kahlua (I've used off brands and they work just as well) shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 4 large eggs shopping list
- For glaze: shopping list
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar (sifted makes it less lumpy) shopping list
- 1/4 cup Kahlua shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat over to 350F
- Lightly mist a 12-cup Bundt pan with vegetable spray, then dust with flour
- Place cake mix, pudding mix, Kahlua, water, oil and eggs in a large mixing blowl.
- Blend with mixer on low speed for 1 minute. Then medium for 2 to 3 minutes more. Batter should look thick and smooth.
- Pour batter into pan and smooth with rubber spatula
- Bake cake 45 to 47 minutes
- Cool cake on wire rack to cool for 20 minutes
- For glaze:
- Place confectioners' sugar and Kulua in a small bowl and stir until well combined.
- Spoon the glaze over the top of the warm cake
