How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients together (I usually just knead the mixture with my hands until all of the bisquick is absorbed into the sausage and cheese.)
  • Roll into small balls
  • Bake on cookie sheet at 350F, 10-15 minutes (the bottoms of the balls should be toasted brown)

    These are great....I have this same recipe I got from my Mom. I make these at Thanksgiving and Christmas time. My family loves them. Thanks for posting!
