A deliciously easy appetizer that's good hot or cold.

Ingredients
- 1 lb sausage
- 16oz grated cheddar cheese
- 3 cups Bisquick
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together (I usually just knead the mixture with my hands until all of the bisquick is absorbed into the sausage and cheese.)
- Roll into small balls
- Bake on cookie sheet at 350F, 10-15 minutes (the bottoms of the balls should be toasted brown)
