Ingredients
  • 2/3 Lbs Roast Beef
  • 4 Large Potatoes
  • 1 Small Onion or 1/2 cup grean onion
  • 1 cup of your fave. mixed veggies (frozen)
  • 2 Tbs Porterhouse/Roast seasoning
  • 2 Pkt of Aju seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • Handful of ice...

Directions
  1. Put roast beef in slowcooker
  2. Prep potatoes by cutting into half then each half into 4
  3. Chop onion
  4. Place potatoes, onion, and veggies into slowcooker around roast beef
  5. Add water (should be about half way)
  6. Mix seasonings together in a cup/bowl
  7. Spread seasons sparingly over everything
  8. Place ice on top of roast beef
  9. Set to med. heat for 4 hours
  10. This dish can also be cooked in the oven covered. (3 hrs at 375*)
