Scalloped Corn Casserole

- 1 - 15 oz can of corn shopping list
- 2/3 cup milk shopping list
- 1 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- Dash of pepper shopping list
- 1 large egg, slightly beaten shopping list
- 2 Tbsp butter shopping list
- 2 cups soft bread crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Butter an 8 x 8 baking dish.
- Mix, corn, milk, seasonings and egg together.
- Mix crumbs and butter together, place 1/4 in the bottom of the baking dish.
- Add half of the corn mix, then top with 1/4 of crumbs, repeating until you end with the balance of the crumbs.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve hot.
