Scalloped Corn Casserole Recipe
Easy corn casserole. I've made it several times.

Ingredients
  • 1 - 15 oz can of corn
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 1/4 tsp salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1 large egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 cups soft bread crumbs

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Butter an 8 x 8 baking dish.
  3. Mix, corn, milk, seasonings and egg together.
  4. Mix crumbs and butter together, place 1/4 in the bottom of the baking dish.
  5. Add half of the corn mix, then top with 1/4 of crumbs, repeating until you end with the balance of the crumbs.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.

Love scalloped corn. So good, and so easy!


My step-dad makes something similiar to this (except he used crackers instead of breadcrumbs!) I love it!
