How to make it

  • Cut potatoes into bite size portions
  • Place in frying pan with 1/4-cup vegetable oil
  • Season with Lemmon pepper to taste
  • Cook on med heat covered 15 to 20 min (stir frequently)
  • Take lid off and fry until crisp
