Oysters Rabbit Recipe
"Rabbit" refers to melted cheese on toast. Add a bit of oysters and now you're a culinary genius!

Ingredients
  • 1 c oysters
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1/4 pound cheese, diced small
  • 2 eggs
  • salt
  • cayenne pepper

Directions
  1. Bring the oysters to a boil and reserve the liquor.
  2. Separately, melt the butter in a double-boiler and add the cheese, stirring until fully melted. Season with salt & cayenne.
  3. Once the cheese has melted, add the oyster liquor to the cheese as well as the 2 eggs, lightly beaten.
  4. Stir until smooth. Add the oysters.
  5. Serve immediately over toast.
