How to make it

  • Cut bacon into 1 inch pieces, and dredge well in brown sugar. Place it on a baking sheet covered with foil that has been crinkled and then smoothed back out. (The crinkled foil allows for the grease to drain a bit. Do not overlap pieces.
  • Bake until crispy, about 25 minutes.
